All goods listed on this site are in Australian dollars and postage costs are for delivery to an Australian address, unless other arrangements have been made.  If orders are to be sent overseas additional postage charges will apply based on the weight of the finished parcel.  These charges are subject to variation when we weigh your parcel prior to posting.

All prices displayed will include Goods and Services tax.

Payments

We currently offer two options for payments. Once you have finished placing your order, all of the payment options will be displayed for you to choose from.

The fastest option is to pay us by Paypal from your credit card.  This option allows you to pay using your debit or credit card on the secure Paypal site.  Credit cards Visa and Mastercard are accepted by Paypal and payments from credit cards are generally received within hours of the payment being made.  Please note that Paypal payments from bank accounts are received promptly but show as uncleared funds from 3 to 5 days.
We are unable to process your order until Paypal advise us that the payment is cleared funds.

Alternatively, you can pay by Bank transfer which simply means you deposit the money straight into our bank account via internet banking. Payments may take between 1 and 5 business days to be received by us, depending on where your payment originates.  Please note that cheque deposits can take up to 7 business days to clear once received.

We do not begin processing your order until payment has been received and cleared, where applicable.  If you choose to cancel you order after this time a cancellation fee up to 25% of the purchase price may be charged at our discretion to cover expenses incurred.

Once your payment has been received your order will begin processing.  The processing time frame depends on how many orders are ahead of you and may vary from one to twelve weeks.  Please refer to Order and Delivery Information at the time of ordering for current processing times.
